Five Delights

In 5 delights I will highlight every Tuesday a list of five things that brighten up my day a little. Gadgets, hotspots or other little things that cheer me up.

Scandinavian Embassy

I have mentioned this hotspot already many times before, but now that autumn is taking over Amsterdam, and the rest of Holland, in full force it is once again my favorite place to hide. Moreover, the Elderflower tea they serve at Scandinavian Embassy is the best remedy ever against emerging flu.

Ace Hotel x No. 6

The Ace Hotel has teamed up with No. 6 Store to design a collection of essential women’s clothing, resulting in greedy making must haves. A nice benefit of this collaboration is that they took into consideration that the pieces have to be light, easy to carry and pack, which is essential for those who travel a lot.

Frē

My iPhone is my life compressed to a few square centimeters. My calendar, my contacts, pictures that inspire me and lists of things that I need to remember – everything is in that little device. Therefor I am very worried that during one of my trips my iPhone will somehow end up taking a plunge into a beautiful waterfall or drown in a breathtaking river. Luckily, a friend recommended me the Frē phone case, that not only makes your phone waterproof but also drop proof! Great!

Pllek

pllek
A number of times we mentioned Pllek (especially during nice weather) in our weekendtips. I still like to spend my time there, but as of this weekend, there is the more reason to go there. The hotspot celebrates its 2,5 year existents. The festivities will go on for a whole week (!!) full of cultural and creative events. I’m curious!

Lou’s big bag

ohmybag-375x500
I already introduced this bag shortly in my Weekly #12: Lou’ big bag. Back then I only wanted to take this bag with me on my two day trip to Barcelona, but decided to bring my suitcase along. During my trip I found out that the bag serves perfectly as a portable office. I’m so happy with this bag!

What are your delights of this week?
