Fine dining in Amsterdam: the best spots

Every year Telegraph lets it’s expert select his favorite fine dining places. This year Rodney Bolt visited Amsterdam and these restaurants are his recommendations if you’re looking for culinary highlights around the canals. I’ve had the pleasure to dine at most of them and I totally agree with his choices.

  • Ciel Bleu, De Pijp
  • Bridges, Centre
  • Envy, Canal Belt
  • Blue Spoon, Canal Belt. My favorite in the list because of the informal atmosphere, design interior and fresh and local food
  • Bord’Eau, Centre
  • Tunes, Museum Quarter
  • Ricardo’s in Odean, Canal Belt
  • L’Invité, De Jordaan. I’ve had a lunch on the terrace and organized a bloggers dinner here. One of the hidden gems in the Jordaan area. If you’re aware of what you eat, can’t eat salt, sugar or fat, this is the place to be
  • Serre, De Pijp
