The Rijksmuseum, one of the most luxurious places of Amsterdam since history, will open her doors for visitors again on April 13th.
The Museum
Amsterdam’s Rijksmuseum is the largest museum in the Netherlands. Its collection features some of the country’s most famous works, including ‘De Nachtwacht’ by Rembrandt and pieces by Vermeer and Frans Hals. But he Rijksmuseum’s collection extends far beyond the Dutch masters. It also encompasses the Netherlands’ rich cultural history with objects such as sculptures, clothing, prints, photographs and more.
Opening
On April 13th, the Rijksmuseum opens to the public with an entirely refreshed interior, a fully renovated building, new public facilities, newly landscaped garden, and Rembrandt’s ‘de Nachtwacht’ returning to its original gallery.
