I want to introduce you to a drink that is wildly popular in Italy, especially in Venice: Aperol Spritz. Spritz is a refreshing drink, that tastes light and fruity. Because it is low in alcohol, it is a great way to start your meal.
Making your own is very easy. Take two parts Aperol, 3 parts prosecco and a splash of soda. Serve chilled over ice and a slice of orange.
