Pink Flamingo
Pink Flamingo is huge in Paris, you can find it in Canal St. Martin or le Marais, but the pizza restaurant is also well known in Amsterdam. They serve the tastiest pizza in town and are located in the heart of the Pijp district. Because of the unordinary ingredients, the pizzas are surprisingly original. Named after Gandhi and Ho Chi Minh, made with fresh ingredients as eggplant, pistachio, humus and much more.
Kitch but cosy
The interior of the Pink Flamingo is an explosion of vintage poppy art. The green and pink chairs in combination with the pink flamingo lamps are a bit kitsch, but the ambiance is great. When you want to enjoy your pizza at home you can also order take-away or home delivery. The Pink Flamingo is open seven days a week, every day from 6 p.m. till midnight, and in the weekends till 3 a.m..
